Applications (including samples and photographs) must be received by Monday, March 15, 2010 in order to be included in our jury selection process.
There are three steps to our application process:
STEP 1: Create a merchant profile with a user name and password. The Chi Omega Christmas Market Merchant Committee will then confirm your registration and a confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours. This will then give you access to your Merchant Home Page.

STEP 2: Once you have received your confirmation email, complete the online application on your Merchant Home Page. (A link to the online application will be included in the email or you can simply log in to your Merchant account.)
Please note: Step 2 is now available online! If you have already created your Merchant Account, click here to log in and complete the application. Once logged in, click on Merchant Resources to access the application.
STEP 3: Mail samples of your merchandise and current booth photographs to:

The Merchant Sample Form must be included in your package to Chi Omega Christmas Market. This form was included with the application in Step 2. You may also download a copy of the form here.
If you are unable to apply online, please call 214-890-1999, and we will mail an application to you.
The deadline for receiving the application, samples, and photographs is Monday, March 15, 2010. Applications received after March 15th will not be included in our primary selection process and will be considered late.
