Pastoral Counseling and Education Center - www.pcec-counseling.orgPastoral Counseling and Education Center was established in 1968 by the Greater Dallas Community of Churches when that organization recognized the need for affordable professional family and individual counseling. These women now number around sixty, and their goal is to raise awareness of PCEC in the North Texas community with annual fundraisers. In 2008 and 2009 the TRIAD Fund of the Dallas Foundations gave PCEC grants for counseling veterans and families of veterans who have served in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. For forty-two years PCEC has continued with their mission of counseling and their Education Programs. Today in addition to our main office on Lemmon Avenue, PCEC has approximately 22 sateliite offices in the North Texas area.
