Dear Merchant:

The Chi Omega Alumnae of Dallas present the 33rd Annual Chi Omega Christmas Market. We invite you to be a part of the celebration! Please note: THE MARKET DATES HAVE CHANGED. The 2010 Chi Omega Christmas Market will be held Wednesday, November 3rd, 2010 through Saturday, November 6th, 2010 in Exhibit Hall A of the Dallas Convention Center. The 2009 show was one of the most successful thus far, and we look forward to bringing the best possible merchandise to our annual market once again!

Chi Omega Christmas Market is a philanthropic project which the Chi Omega Alumnae of Dallas have sponsored for the past 32 years. Our market creates a special holiday shopping experience by providing over 165 unique merchants. All applicants to this show are reviewed by a jury of Chi Omega Christmas Market Merchant Committee members, and participants are selected based upon quality and variety of merchandise.

Over the past 32 years, Chi Omega Christmas Market has distributed to the community over five million dollars through grants to local charities and college scholarships. Funds for Chi Omega Christmas Market beneficiaries are derived solely from ticket sales, merchant booth fees, donations, and underwriting. Chi Omega Christmas Market receives no monies from merchant booth sales.

If you would like to be considered for the 33rd Annual Chi Omega Christmas Market, please click here to apply online. All applications will be juried by the Chi Omega Christmas Market Merchant Committee and a sample and current booth photographs must be submitted. Previous participation in Chi Omega Christmas Market does not guarantee selection, and to keep our show interesting to the public and profitable for both Chi Omega and our merchants, we reserve the right to limit similar merchandise, as well as limiting booths that have previously not been eye-catching in their decor.

Applications are due and jury review begins March 15, 2010. All notification/contracts will be sent May 14, 2010. If accepted to the show, only items listed on your application will be allowed. Changes must be requested in writing to the Merchant Chairman. The Chi Omega Christmas Market Merchant Committee reserves the right to accept all or part of your merchandise.

Move-in will be scheduled for Tuesday, November 2nd and Wednesday, November 3rd with market hours beginning on Wednesday, November 3rd and continuing through Saturday, November 6th.
