Beneficiary Application

Beneficiary applications for the 2019 Chi Omega Christmas Market are now being accepted. The application deadline is midnight of July 15, 2018...no exceptions!

You may want to look over the form, gather your materials and come back. You will be timed out after one hour. 

Please note: Organizations will not be considered for future funding for TWO years after receiving funds (i.e., If funds are received in February 2018 from the 2017 Market, the organization will not be eligible to apply again until the summer of 2019 for funds from the 2020 Market).

  • Most recent audited financial statement. If agency does not have an audited financial statement, submit the most recent IRS Form 990.

  • Copy of current agency operating budget, including itemized revenue and expenses.

  • Projected budget for following year if available.

  • Detailed project budget. Specifically include how Chi Omega Christmas Market monies will be used to fund this project and the date such monies will be disbursed.

  • List of Board of Directors, Auxiliary Board and Advisory Board. Include affiliation, mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number.

  • Dates and times of summer and fall Board Meetings (so liaisons can plan on attending).

  • Minutes from the last two Board Meetings.

  • Organization logo (high resolution file).

  • Organization photo (high resolution file) that best represents your agency or project for which you are requesting funding. This photo will be used by Chi Omega Christmas market in marketing materials.


Chi Omega Christmas Market Social Media Program

Chi Omega Christmas Market (COCM) will develop a Social Media Program, which will require active participation by our Beneficiaries. The Social Media Program will require each Beneficiary to promote COCM, and each Beneficiary's participation therein on any Beneficiary-hosted website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (or similar social media presence/outlets.)

Specific criteria will be delivered to each Beneficiary periodically, as requirements may change.

COCM requires a minimum of:

  • one posting on all your social media announcing that you are a chosen Beneficiary for the 2019 show, between February 27 and June 1, 2019;
  • 2 pre-event postings on all your social media that includes a link to purchase tickets, between November 12 - 20, 2019;
  • 2 posts on all your social media promoting COCM including the link to purchase tickets, between Wednesday, November 20, 2019 and Saturday, November 23, 2019 at noon.

Promote COCM in any of the Beneficiary's printed/online newsletters, as well as in other promotional material you may use for your events.

We agree to honor the COCM Social Media Program, for Chi Omega Christmas Market (COCM) 2019. Check to indicate agreement.
