PARKING INFORMATION
Where do I park at the Market?
Enter at Gate 5 off Robert B. Cullum Blvd. The parking fee is $10. Valet parking is an additional $12. Follow the signs for Chi Omega Christmas Market “self-park” in lots 5A, 5B, 6A, & 6B, or Valet Parking signs that will direct you to the Market entrance.

Please note that Fair Park and the city of Dallas control these lots and prices.  Chi Omega does not receive the monies collected for parking.

Valet and self-park options are available each day of the Market.
Shared-ride will follow Valet signs for drop-off and pick-up.

Premier Shopping Night – Valet Parking is included WEDNESDAY NIGHT ONLY with the Premier ticket. Must show ticket to the Valet attendant.

Handicapped parking is available at no charge for vehicles with Handicap (ADA) parking stickers. Please enter at Gate 5 and follow the signs to Valet Parking. Unfortunately, Fair Park does not provide wheelchairs.

TICKET & SHOPPING INFORMATION
We encourage online ticket purchase before arriving at the entry point to
maximize your shopping time at the Market.
Must I purchase tickets before arriving at the Market?
Our General Admission, First Call, and Premier Shopping Night tickets may be purchased online at ChiOmegaXmas.org starting October 1, via Eventbrite - your tickets are EMAILED to you upon purchase. You may either print the pdf and bring it to Market or have the QR code ready on your phone at Market entry. 

In addition, many of the DFW area Tom Thumb stores have General Admission tickets available for purchase at their customer service counters for $15 while supplies last.
No ticket booth on-site.
Do you have Re-Admission Tickets?
Premier Shopping Night tickets allow entry on Wednesday Night and re-entry once per day on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for the designated ticket holder only / valid photo ID required for re-entry. This ticket includes Valet Parking for WEDNESDAY, EVENING ONLY (YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TICKET TO SHOW THE VALET ATTENDANT). The Premier ticket also includes two beverage tickets redeemable Wednesday evening only. The beverage tickets will be given at Entry to the Market Wednesday evening.


Early Entry tickets are valid for Thursday shopping starting at 9:30 am, which allows for re-entry once per day on Friday and Saturday for the designated ticket holder only / valid photo ID is required for re-entry.


General Admission tickets are valid for one-day entry Thursday 1 pm - 9 pm; Friday 10 am to 9 pm, and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm.
Will all the Merchants be open for shopping at Premier Shopping Night?
Merchants will be selling their wares from 6 pm to 10 pm during our Premier Shopping Night.


FOOD & BEVERAGE
May food and drink be purchased at the Market?
Absolutely! Food will be available for purchase in the Restaurant and outdoor Food Trucks. Expect a variety such as salads, soups, and sandwiches. Beverages will be available at the Restaurant, Food Trucks, and Bars located throughout the Venue. Beverages will be a wide variety from water, juice, soft drinks as well as beer, wine & cocktails.
This year in the Restaurant will be Nitro Coffee that is making its debut at State Fair 2021. We will have multiple seating areas to rest, eat & recharge.


CHILDREN & STROLLERS - CARTS & PACKAGE CHECK
Are strollers allowed at the Market?
Yes, strollers and children are welcome.
Do children need a ticket for entry?
Children under 12 are free.
Is childcare offered at the Market?
We are not able to offer childcare.
Can I bring a small personal shopping cart? Will package-check be available?
Yes, however, we ask you to be aware of those around you, so that no one trips over your cart. In addition, for your convenience, we will have a Package Check Booth available, and for a small fee we will hold your purchases.


HANDICAP INFORMATION
What HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY is available?
Handicapped parking is available at no charge for vehicles with Handicap (ADA) parking stickers. Please enter at Gate 5 and follow the signs to Valet Parking. Unfortunately, Fair Park does not provide wheelchairs.
Entry to the building, aisles between the booths, and bathrooms are all wheelchair accessible.
