Where do I park at the Market?
Parking is available in the DCC garage for $10/entry.  Valet parking is also available at the front of the Convention Center for $18.  Please click here for more information on these and other places available for parking during the Market.

Can I purchase food and drinks at the Market?
Absolutely!  Food and drinks are available for purchase at the back of the Market in the Tea Room.  There will be a variety of lunch items such as salads, soups, sandwiches, etc.  There are plenty of tables to sit down to enjoy your meal and rest as well.

Are strollers allowed at the Market?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your stroller.

Does my child need a ticket?
Children under 12 are free!

Do you have childcare?
We are not able to offer childcare this year.

Re-Admission Tickets?

Preview Party Tickets are valid for the preview party and are eligible for re-admission anytime during the show including Nathan Grace Girls Night Out . 

First Call tickets are valid for Thursday morning and are eligible for re-admission anytime during the show EXCEPT for Nathan Grace Girls Night Out.

Girls Night Out Tickets can only be used Thursday night from 6-9 pm and can also be used for re-admission any other time during the market.

Will all the Merchants be open for shopping at the Preview Party?
Yes, all of our fantastic Merchants will be ready to show off (and sell!) their merchandise at the Preview Party on Wednesday night!

What handicapped accessibility is available?
The regular parking garage has handicapped spaces available on Level 1.  When you enter the garage, go to the Left.  There are spaces near the elevators.  Wheelchairs are also available at the door of the Market upon request.

Is there somewhere I can leave my purchases while I shop?
Yes, there is a Package Check service available to the left of the entrance to the Market near the bathrooms.  We will hold your packages for you for a nominal fee.

Which Tom Thumb stores have tickets for the Market?
All DFW area Tom Thumb stores have tickets to sell. Please go to your local Tom Thumb customer service counter to purchase General Admission tickets at the advanced ticket price.

Once online ticket sales have closed, can I still purchase tickets?
Yes, tickets to all events will be available at the door of the Market. Please stop by the Ticket Booth in front of the Market to purchase tickets. General Admission tickets are also available at area Tom Thumb stores.
