Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I park at the Market?
FREE entry is available at Gate 2 only at Fair Park until the Gate 2 lot is full. Then guests will enter gates 5 or 6 which charge a $10 fee. We will have golf carts running for the guests who would like some assistance to and from their cars. Valet parking is also available for $12 per car, regardless of which gate you enter. Valet is located at the entrance to Centennial Hall/Chi Omega Christmas Market. See Map under Directions & Parking.

Can I purchase food and drinks at the Market?
Absolutely!  Food and drinks are available for purchase in two locations within the Market.  There will be a variety of lunch items such as salads, soups, sandwiches, etc.  There are plenty of tables to sit down to enjoy your meal and rest as well.

Are strollers allowed at the Market?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your stroller.

Does my child need a ticket?
Children under 12 are free!

Do you have childcare?
We are not able to offer childcare!

Re-Admission Tickets?
Preview Party Tickets are valid for the Wednesday night event and are eligible for re-admission anytime during the Market.  First Call tickets are valid for Thursday morning and are eligible for re-admission during the remainder of the Market.  General Admission tickets are valid for one-day entry only beginning Thursday afternoon through the close of the Market. Will all the Merchants be open for shopping at the Preview Party?
Yes, all of our fantastic Merchants will be ready to show off (and sell!) their merchandise at the Preview Party event on Wednesday night!

What handicapped accessibility is available?
Handicap parking is available.  Fair Park does not provide wheelchairs.

Which Tom Thumb stores have tickets for the Market?
All DFW area Tom Thumb stores have GENERAL ADMISSION ONLY tickets to sell. Please go to your local Tom Thumb customer service counter to purchase General Admission tickets at the advanced ticket price. Preview Party tickets and First Call tickets are only available online, through a Chi Omega alumni or at the door.

Once online ticket sales have closed, can I still purchase tickets?
Online ticket sales will be available here through Eventbrite (see Ticket tab) until Sat., Nov. 17, 4:00pm. All ticket types will be available at the door for the duration of the Market. General Admission tickets are also available at area Tom Thumb stores until they run out. Please see our home page regarding our times and prices.
